Leadership
Pramintha Fernando is the Founder and CEO of OpenDek, leading the company’s vision, product strategy, and technology direction. With a background in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, he focuses on transforming complex business processes into practical, scalable software solutions. He works closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and build dependable digital products that improve efficiency, enable growth, and create lasting business value.
Savina Sasen Chandrasekara is a B.Sc. (Hons) Applied Sciences graduate from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Pathfinder Career Academy and the Co-Founder and Managing Director of OpenDek, a software company focused on digital and technology-driven solutions. His experience spans marketing, entrepreneurship, business development, strategic planning, professional education, technology, and innovation. Through his ventures, he aims to create practical opportunities and solutions that support both individual and business growth.
